Flow appoints globally experienced leader Kim Raicevich and scales client service offering

Independent media agency This is Flow has further strengthened its leadership team, with the appointment of Kim Raicevich to the newly created role of Client Service Officer.  This senior appointment follows a period of significant new business momentum and team growth.

Raicevich (pictured right) brings more than 35 years of global media, marketing and leadership experience, spanning senior roles across Australia, Japan, New York and Malaysia. She joins Flow after extensive tenures within some of the largest multinational agencies.

Most recently, Raicevich worked across consulting, transition leadership and client lead roles. This included nine years at PHD Australia, where she led the Volkswagen Group Australia account from 2016–2023, completed a strategic project stint with PHD and OMG New York, and served on the agency’s Senior Leadership Team and OMG’s Reconciliation Action Plan Committee.

Her global career also includes senior leadership roles at Fairfax Media, Omnicom Media Group, Aegis Media Network, Universal McCann, Mindshare, Clemenger, and DDB Needham. Over her career, Raicevich has held leadership roles across major clients including Unilever, Pepsico, SC Johnson, Electrolux, Bayer, Deutsche Bank, Mastercard, Hyundai, Nestlé and Reckitt Benckiser.

Raicevich brings deep expertise in business and operational strategy, client management, operations, media planning and trading, team leadership, and portfolio management.

In her new role at Flow, she will work closely with the agency’s Business Directors, leadership team and client partners to elevate agency growth, and continue to deliver the highest standard of customer service to Flow’s clients.

Says Jimmy Hyett (left), CEO of This is Flow: “Kim brings an exceptional level of agency experience and media skill to Flow, and she has already had an immediate impact on our team and the agency. Investing and expanding our leadership team with someone of Kim’s pedigree elevates the whole agency and places us in the right position to maintain the strongest culture and client retention in the industry.”

Adds Raicevich: “Flow intrigued me from the first project earlier this year. Having worked at large holdcos for much of my career, I was excited to see that Flow also shared the smarts of the bigger agencies together with a team of passionate and hardworking people. I’m really looking forward to helping elevate the quality of service and thinking even further, whilst having a bit of fun along the way.”
